By using Nakshaa.ai, you agree to these terms. These terms are between you and Jairaj Mehra for use of Nakshaa.ai.

Nakshaa.ai is an independent land-information and map-visualization platform. It helps users explore development-plan maps, satellite context, survey information, notices, bookmarks, and related land-record information.

Nakshaa.ai is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or representative of any government or urban development authority.

You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse the service, overload systems, copy protected data at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to mislead others.

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number and OTP access secure. If you believe your account is being misused, contact support.

We may update, pause, correct, or remove features or data when needed for accuracy, security, legal compliance, or service quality.

To delete your account, visit nakshaa.ai/delete-account. After verification, we delete your account and associated personal data from active systems, except records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.

Maps, records, and notices may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Verify property, financial, or legal decisions with the relevant source and a qualified professional. Do not rely only on Nakshaa.ai.
